Chai Pe Charcha (talks with tea)

We hosted an event with Elaichi & Love to celebrate South Asian Heritage Month. You rarely see businesses doing anything to mark this occasion, it was especially important for us to create a safe space where we could come together to honour our South Asian heritage and culture.

Over cups of Elaichi & Love’s delicious karak chai, we shared stories about our families and their journeys to the UK, discussed how we keep our culture alive while living here, and enjoyed a lively interactive quiz, created by Rafia from Elaichi & Love on South Asian remedies, traditions, and recipes.

This was a truly special and meaningful event, a safe space where we could share our experiences and celebrate our culture and heritage.

The energy, the people, and the conversations were all deeply rooted in identity, culture, and genuine connection.
